Arnaud Ventura is currently Vice President of PlaNet Finance & President & CEO of MicroCred. Arnaud co-founded and run PlaNet Finance as its CEO from 1998 to 2005. Arnaud founded MicroCred in 2005 and served as President & CEO of the organization.
As CEO of PlaNet Finance, Arnaud led the development of PlaNet Finance from a modest provider of microfinance services with a yearly budget of 500 KUSD in 1999 to a diversified microfinance group with a TA budget of over 15 MUSD in 2008. Today, Planet Finance offers consulting and technical assistance, microfinance institution rating services through Planet Rating, and fund management and advisory services in microfinance through PlaNIS. The organization also includes a venture capital company serving vulnerable urban neighborhoods in France, FinanCités, and PlaNet Guarantee, a microinsurance provider. By the end of 2009, Planet Finance Group had grown to over 1000 staff in about 40 countries, working with more than 300 microfinance institutions through the provision of technical assistance, rating, financial support, and other services. The Technical Assistance Budget was over 15 MUSD, PlaNet Rating revenues were about 1,5 MUSD; PlaNIS portfolio of microfinance investment reached above 150 MUSD.
Before co-founding PlaNet Finance, Arnaud worked for BNP Paribas in France and then in Argentina from 1995 till 1998. Prior to that, Arnaud participated in the creation of two leading Internet service providers in France and in Thailand (1993 – 1995). Arnaud speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.

Isabelle Levard is a Member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO since December 2008.
Isabelle joined MicroCred in January 2007 as a Strategy and Internal Audit Manager. Before joining MicroCred, Isabelle was working as a rating manager for Planet Rating. As such, during the 3 years she worked there, she has conducted more than 50 rating and training missions in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. She was deeply involved in Planet Rating's spin-off process, offering her experience and knowledge of French corporate laws and fund raising. Prior to working with Planet Rating, Isabelle worked in venture capital in London and Paris.Ms. Levard holds an International Relations Degree from the Paris – Dauphine University.

Vincent specialized in human resource management and has joined Microcred SA in November 2011 as Director of Human Resources.
Vincent has 7 years experience in HR during which he held various positions in recruitment, training and international development. He used to be Coordinator at Valeo for International mobility and Southern Europe HR Manager at Nestlé. More recently, he was Regional HR Manager and HR Development Manager at COMAP (construction industry).
Vincent holds a Master in Human Resources Management from Paris Political Institute. He also studied international economics at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. Vincent speaks fluent French, English, works easily in German and has some basic knowledge in Russian.

Bodo Lieberam, joined MicroCred Holding in May 2006 as Director of Operations prior to being CEO of MicroCred Mexico in April 2007 to March 2009. Since March 2009, Bodo is Senior Operations Expert at MicroCred Holding and a member of the Board of MicroCred Mexico and MicroCred Senegal, closely monitoring the operations of both institutions.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Bodo was General Manager of the successful NovoBanco SARL, Mozambique, where he supervised 6 branches and 250 employees, and President & CEO at Micro Enterprise Bank, Philippines. Before that, he served as a consultant for the opening of a new microfinance bank in Macedonia and was a Branch Manager of FEFAD Bank (now ProCredit Bank) in Albania which was the first branch of a private bank in the North of Albania that reached profitability after one year. He completed all these assignments on behalf of Internationale Projekt Consult GmbH, Frankfurt, an institution owned by ProCredit Holding AG, Frankfurt (previously Internationale Micro Investitionen AG).

Michel Iams is a senior expert at MicroCred since 1st November 2009. Prior to that, he was the CEO of MicroCred Madagascar (since October 2006) and worked as an independant consulant between September 2004 and September 2006.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Michel was the deputy-head of the Micro-Finance Department of the First Microfinance Bank of Afghanistan. As such he was in charge of human resources management and branch network development. He carried out the feasablilty study and launched the project together with two international experts.
Before taking this position, Michel worked as a consultant in the field of Microfinance with Horus Development Finance and as such completed assignments in 20 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA region and well as in South-East and Central Asia. Prior to that, Michel developed and managed a micro-credit program in Haute-Normandie region (France).
Michel Iams holds a post graduate degree in development economics (from Paris-I Pantheon-Sorbonne University) and a degree (MBA equivalent) from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (French Ivy League). Michel speaks English and French fluently.

Laurent Hiller joined MicroCred in August 2007 to be in charge of the financial control of the holding and its subsidiaries and their consolidation under IFRS as well.
After a work experience at the French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement - AFD) in Benin, Laurent worked four years as an external auditor for KPMG (Financial Department). He then joined the internal audit team of a Calyon’ subsidiary specialized in the import/export financing. Among his different missions, he had the opportunity to audit several branches in Asia. From 2006, he was member of a team dedicated to accounting missions at the BNP Paribas General Inspection.
Laurent graduated from Reims Management School with a specialization in finance.

Since April 2009, Pauline Ecorcheville is Audit and Group Performance Officer at MicroCred Holding. Pauline joined MicroCred in April 2007 as Deputy CFO with MicroCred Mexico before being promoted CFO in February 2008. Before joining MicroCred, Pauline worked for PlaNet Finance Investment Services as Investment Officer. Before joining PlaNet Finance Group, she had previous field experience in Madagascar and Ethiopia where she contributed to the improvement of accounting, management and credit proceedings for MFIs and Savings and Credit Cooperatives.
Pauline Ecorcheville holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree from Paris Dauphine and La Sorbonne Universities.

Denis Moniotte joined MicroCred in December 2009, bringing on board is delivery experience of IT solutions for Financial Services.
Prior to join Microcred Denis was a consultant at Accenture, in the Industry and Functional Solution Unit. He has 7 years of functional & delivery experience for large banks in Europe. (with expertise in system analysis and design, business process reengineering and project management). Prior to joining Accenture he has been in the insurance industry as a trainer.
Denis is graduated in Economics and holds a Master in Development Economics. In 2008, Denis graduated in Microfinance at the Solvay Business School in Brussels. He speaks English, French and Dutch.

Juliette Dombret is a coporate finance lawyer based in Paris. She practices in the area of merger and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate and commercial law. Juliette received an LLM degree from the London University in 2003.

Barnabé Francois is expert in microcredit management (individual). He joined MicroCred Nigeria in November 2009 as Consultant in charge of Credit product review and training, operation review, portfolio risk management. He was Chief Operations Officer of MicroCred Madagascar since June 2011. In January 2012, Barnabé was promoted Acting CEO of MicroCred Madagascar.
Barnabé gained 11 years work experience in the microfinance sector. He holds, among others, a position as Loan Manager in the two of the biggest MFI of Haiti.
Barnabé holds a diploma in Economics and Planning from the “Centre de techniques de Planification et d’Economie Appliquée (CTPEA)”, a public center in Haiti, and holds a diploma in Physician training from “Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS)” a School at public University in Haiti .
Barnabé speaks fluent French, Creole, works easily in English.

During the last 10 years, he was Managing Director in a French-Vietnamese joint venture company specialized in production and supply of personalized embroided items (Garments, bagages and made to measure products).

Hervé Guyon joined MicroCred in December 2006 and was the MicroCred Madagascar Chief Financial Officer from February 207 to June 2009. Following Madagascar, he made a short term mission in MicroCred Mexico.
Hervé Guyon is a law, accounting and finance expert. From 2000 to 2006, Hervé Guyon was the Head of Legal and Tax department of the capital market division of the group Crédit Mutuel/CIC.
Hervé Guyon will join MicroCred Senegal after two years as the MicroCred Madagascar Chief Financial Officer.
Hervé Guyon is graduated of EM Lyon (a French leading business school) and of a corporate and tax laws Master of the Strasbourg Law University.

Ruben Dieudonné is expert in microcredit management (individual and united group). He joined MicroCred Sénégal in November 2008 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Commercial Development.
Ruben gained 10 years work experience in the microfinance sector, including eight years in leadership positions. He holds, among others, a position as Loan Manager in the two of the biggest MFI of Haïti. During the last three years, he was freelance Consultant in microfinance, while managing his individual company specialized in mobile phones sale.
Ruben holds a diploma in Economics from the Ouisqueya Universtiy, a private university in Haïti. In 2003, he attended to the Boulder Microfinance Training Program in Colorado (United States).

Michelet Beaubrun joined MicroCred in October 2008 as Senior Expert in microfinance. He brings his operational expertise to support the development of MicroCred Sénégal.
Michelet has more than eight years of experiment in microfinance in Microcrédit National S.A., one of the biggest microfinance institutions in Haiti. He started as Loan Officer and was quickly promoted as assistant of the Crédit Provinces Responsible, and finally as Responsible regional North for five years. Michelet allowed a sustained growth of the agencies and maintained a good quality of the portfolio (PAR<5%), and in the same time, carried out a reinforcement of the internal control structure.
Michelet is graduated in Economy from the State University of Haiti. He also followed Business Management studies in the National Institute of Management and International Studies.Michelet speaks French and Creole fluently and understands English.

Frank Li joined MicroCred’s team in January 2007 as Chief Executive Officer for MicroCred Nanchong, MicroCred’s Chinese affiliate inaugurated in December 2007. He was promoted CEO of MicroCred Sichuan in January 2011 and CEO of MicroCred China in August 2011.
With 14 years of experience in different institutions in the banking sector, Frank Li is an expert in banking issues, credit and project management. Frank Li worked at the Bank of China, where he held positions of responsibility in the accounting department, the international business department as well as in the credit management department as a credit officer. Frank also successfully helped the bank avoid a loss of USD 4.84m by adjusting credit policies. Since 1999, Frank has been working as a senior officer in personal banking department and corporate banking department at China Merchants Bank—one of the most competitive banks in China. In this position he identified, evaluated and recommended business development opportunities, several of which led to successful transactions worth USD 45,400,000. In 2005, Frank Li joined Standard Chartered Bank as operations manager and played a vital role in the establishment of the Chengdu branch. He was then promoted to acting branch manager thanks to his strong leadership, management and marketing skills. He was responsible for supervising the whole branch operation for Chengdu.
Frank Li has a degree (BSc) in finance from the University of International Business and Economic of Beijing and has an MSc in economics and finance from the University of York (United Kingdom).

Tony Chen is expert in personal banking business, credit card and financial analysis. He joined Microcred China (Sichuan) on August 16, 2011 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the marketing development.
Tony gained about 20 years of banking experience in commercial banks. Before joining Microcred, Tony was the Deputy Branch Manager of Chengdu Branch, Bank of East Asia.
Tony holds a diploma in Finance from China Central Radio and TV University, a university in Beijing, China. He is also a member of Hong Kong Registered Financial Planner (HK - RFP).

Fajun Wang joined MicroCred in April 2007 as Chief Financial Officer of Microcred Nanchong and MicroCred Sichuan (China).
Fajun gained 13 years work experience in the financial sector. She is an expert in financial management and accounting system. Prior to joining MicroCred, Fajun worked for New Hope Group (one of the biggest private company group in China), Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (a U.S venture capital), Yuehua Certified Public Accountants, and Chengdu Pharmaceutical Corporation. Fajun holds two bachelor degrees from the University of Electronic and Science Technology (UESTC) and Chongqing Normal University where she majored in International trade and mathematics. She is a member of the ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CICPA (the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

Mr. He is an expert in microfinance with field experiences in Sichuan, China. Lianggang joined MicroCred in 2007 as of COO of MicroCred Nanchong. He was promoted CEO of MicroCred Nanchong in January 2011.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Mr. He was working as a microfinance specialist with the EU-China Natural Forest Management Project in Sichuan, where he was responsible for the implementation, monitoring of the pilot microcredit scheme of the project and designing of different credit operation models.
Before his experience with the Forest Management Project, Mr He was Project Director for the Project Office of Yilong County, where he was in charge of microcredit programs’s promotion and development. Mr. He has a MS. from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, VT. He speaks fluent English and Chinese.

Mr. Mark-George joined MicroCred in July 2009 as Chief Executive Officer. He is a financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in venture capital, international finance, insurance and investment management.
Prior to joining Microcred, he was Country Director of GroFin, an international specialist financier and developer of small and medium enterprises and before GroFin he was Head of Financial Advisory, First Funds Limited, a wholly owned private equity / venture capital subsidiary of First Bank Plc., Nigeria. In his roles at GroFin and First Funds, Mr. Mark-George was responsible for investment risk appraisal and financial analysis of target companies and projects and worked closely with the management teams of portfolio companies to implement strategy. Prior to First Funds, Mr. Mark-George was Head of Investment Management of the Financial Advisory Services Group at Ventures & Trusts Limited, a pioneer non-bank financial services firm in Nigeria. Mr. Mark-George began his career in the insurance sector in 1992 at Lloyd’s of London and later became a Divisional Director at Willis Faber & Dumas Limited, a London based Lloyd’s broker, where he focused on international reinsurance of the firm’s Middle East / Africa book of business.
He is a Chartered Insurer and holds a LLB (Hons) as well as Diplomas in Business and Finance from Colchester Institute of Higher Education and Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis from Queen’s University, Canada.

Jacques Lom joined MicroCred in November 2011 as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance of MicroCred Nigeria.
Jacques specialized in financial management and accounting and has over fifteen years experience in Banking and Finance. He held among others, the Chief Financial Officer position in commercial banks and was Head of Accounting in different multinationals in Cameroon. Over the past three years, he worked in the creation of a commercial bank and the restructuring of a bank under temporary administration by the regulator.
Jacques graduated in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Hertfordshire (UK). He also holds a Master in Finance from Redwood, California (United States). Jacques is fluent in French and has a good working knowledge in English.

Olga has 14 years experience of working in the developing countries such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Chechnya, Georgia, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Uganda, and Uzbekistan in the area of economical development and poverty alleviation.
Olga holds a diploma in Education from the Chernyshevsky Saratov State University in Russia. In 2002, she attended to the Boulder Microfinance Training Program in Colorado (United States).

François-Xavier Poste integrated MicroCred in May 2008 as Chief Operations Officer of MicroCred Madagascar. He has been promoted Chief Executive Officer in July 2009 of MicroCred Côte d'Ivoire.
Before joining, MicroCred, François-Xavier acquired a part of his professional experience (15 years) in the banking sector in which he was successively in charge of Accounting Management, Control Management and Financial Management. Afterward, François-Xavier worked during 13 years in the microfinance sector in Africa as General Manager in the mutualist sector (Mucodec - Congo, Fénacoopec-RCI). He was Project manager within institutions as mutual funds for village and direct Credits in Burkina and worked on an Islamic commercial Microfinance project in the North of Mali with FIDES. François Xavier also collaborated on technical assistance for a national development program concerning financial services in which he was in charge of microfinance strategy implementation (Niger).
François Xavier is graduated of Sciences Economics and of accountability. He speaks fluently French and English.

Hervé Deffand is expert in management, finance and business development. He joined MicroCred Côte d’Ivoire in September 2009 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance. He will be temporarily based in Nigeria holding the position of Chief Financial Officer until the fulfillment of this position.
Hervé gained 15 years work experience mainly in the private sector, in leading worldwide oil and tobacco's companies. During his career he held position as Financial and Business Analyst, Planning Manager, Country manager and Area Manager in the West Africa region. Early in his career, Hervé participated in Côte d’Ivoire, in the implementation of the Government National Investment Funds Program for development. He developed and delivered relevant management trainings to projects owners.
Hervé holds a diploma of HEC, Montreal University business school, in Business Administration specialized in Finance and a diploma of Economics of the University of Montreal, Canada. He attended several Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing international trainings in leading training centers as MCE Brussels, Tack International London, INSEAD France.

Alexandre Coster was promoted Commercial Development & Marketing in January 2012. Prior to this, he was COO in charge of Savings in MicroCred Côte d’Ivoire. He joined MicroCred Group in 2007 as a Consultant for Microcred Madagascar. He owns three year experience in microfinance among which two years and half within MicroCred Madagascar where he has implemented marketing strategy and developed advertising tools. He has also implemented the cost accounting and management control in the institution.
Before to join MicroCred, Alexandre was working for international business development and intercultural management. He conducted several missions in NGOs in many countries: India, Palestine, Peru, West Africa. He then created a Business and Communication School in Senegal for IGS (France).
He also developed a consulting/training activity for local companies. Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in financial management from an international Business School (EICD 3A). He speaks French, English and Spanish.

Nicolas is currently in charge of credit departement as Chief Operations Officer of MicroCred Côte d’Ivoire. Nicolas joined MicroCred Senegal in July 2007 for the launch of operations. Since the operations were launched, he has been in charge of the loan officers training and he is now working as Branch Manager of the first Branch of MicroCred in Dakar.
Previously, Nicolas worked in MicroCred Mexico for a year as a Technical Assistant. In charge of the creation of the Xalapa branch office, he was then appointed as New Product Development Manager. Additionally, he launched the commercialization of a medical insurance service in partnership with Axa Assistance Mexico. From the first 3 weeks of operations, more than 100 clients subscribed to that insurance service.
Nicolas has worked as a United Nations volunteer in Mali where he was in charge of the development of rural savings and bank credits. The Credit and Saving Union that he managed at that time reached more than 500 clients.
Nicolas holds two Master’s degrees: in Economy - Finance and in Crisis - Development from Ghent University – Belgium.

Helene Marquis joined MicroCred Senegal in October 2009 as cost controller in order to assist the Chief Financial Officer in the financial management of the institution. Previously, from February 2009 Helene has worked in MicroCred SA as Operations Intern. She was among other things in charge of the Technical Assistance follow-up.
Prior to working for MicroCred, Helene has acquired experience in financial analysis through an internship as Assistant Business Relationship Manager in the French Bank Crédit du Nord and through an internship as Assistant Business development manager for the NGO Réseau Entreprendre Paris.
Hélène holds a Master in Finance from AUDENCIA Nantes (School of Management). She speaks French and English fluently and has basic knowledge in Spanish and in German.

Sarah joined MicroCred in June 2009 as financial controller and internal controller in Microcred Mexico.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Sarah worked in a south african microfinance institution. She participated in its development and its financial management. Afterward, she worked as financial analyst in a investment company investing in the social and solidarity economy in France.
Sarah holds a diploma in management and finance from EICD 3A. She speaks Spanish, English and French fluently and has basic knowledge in Portuguese.

Amza Tahirou is expert in micro finance management (individual and group landing). He joined FIDES GROUP (Mali) in October 2007 as Expert Micro finance in charge of the management of the institution branch based in Mopti. After two years spent in Mopti, he then joined FIDES-Senegal where he participated to a market survey in the process of implementing a new micro finance institution.
Before he joined the FIDES GROUP, he worked over six years as employee and consultant to farmers organizations in Niger, Senegal, Mali, Benin Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo. As employee in farmers organizations, his concentrated his effort towards the financing of their activities base on their own resources through the credit system most specially micro finance institutions and banking system. He gain experience in support and advice to farmers specially in financing.
Amza holds an engineering Degree in agricultural Economics and a certificate of specialization in Micro finance.
On his private initiatives he is a holder of input shops in Niger and a food store in Senegal which are in partnership with micro finance institutions and banking system, hence, enhancing their credibility and sustainability.
Amza speaks and writes fluent French, and ability to work in English.

Esaie Moreau joined MicroCred in October 2008 as Operations Expert in MicroCred Senegal. He works on the reinforcement of the middle management and acts as Branch Manager of one of the new agencies of the institution.
Esaie Moreau has already an experience of five years as branch manager in Microcredit National S.A., one of the biggest institutions of microfinance, specialized in individual credit, in Haiti. He started his career in microfinance as loan officer for two years in this institution.
Esaie is graduated in Applied Economy and Planning from the Center of Techniques, Planning and Applied Economy (CTPEA – Haïti).
Esaie speaks French, English, Creole and Spanish fluently.

Hamidine BAKO is expert in microfinance management, creation and accompaniment of institutions. He joined MicroCred Nigeria in October 2009 as Operation Expert.
Hamidine gained 5 years work experiences in the microfinance sector and management of program. He was the manager of FIDES Mali (Microfinance Institution) in Mopti. Hamidine has been a technical assistant of FIDES in finances companies of the north of Mali. He took charge of the creation of branch and technical support of institutions.
Hamidine holds a diploma of engineer of agronomy and a master Degree in Developpement option Microfinance IRC (Institut des régions chaudes) Montpellier France. Hamidine speaks fluent French and English.

Jean Analdo is an expert in microcredit management (risk and quality management) with more than five years experience in the microfinance sector. He served as the Branch director at MFI, industry leader in Haiti and maintained the quality of risk portfolio (PAR) > 30 days to less than 3.5%. In addition, he assured growth and profitability for a startup Branch within eight months. During the last three years, he has led multiple Branches and projects geared towards sustaining quality and growth.
Jean Analdo holds a diploma in Applied Economics from the Centre de techniques de planification et d’économie appliquée (C.T.P.E.A), the State University of Haiti. He attended specialized training in risk management and controls from the L’IPC (Equador) consultancy en Haiti.

Fernando Cimini is an expert in IT development, he has acquired a strong experience in different domains, among them microfinance institution management software and accounting during its preceding contract with planet finance.
Fernando has 10 year working experience in IT as a consultant. Fernando Holds two diplomas, one in Electrical civilian engineering – software oriented(1999) at the polytechnics faculty of Mons and one in management (postgraduate diploma in management -2005) at the Valaamse University Brussels. Fernando speaks fluent French, English and Italian works easily in English.

Pius is experienced in T24 application and Information technology. He joined MicroCred Nigeria in October 2010 as Application Support Engineer in charge of T24 Application Maintenance and Support.
Pius has gained 10 years work experience in the Information Technology. Pius is an experienced T24 application support engineer, he has been involved in implementation of T24 at different sites; MIC MFB (where he worked closely with Delisys Implementers to implement T24 eMerge) and at KCMB (an MIC MFB project for KCMB Kwara). He holds, among others, a position as IT Manager/Head of IT at MIC MFB a pioneer microfinance bank in Nigeria and Wema Securities & Finance Plc (subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc). He was before this time an experienced Network/System Administrator for various Information Technology servicing companies.
Pius holds a Higher Diploma in Biochemistry, from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba (Now called University of Technology Yaba, Lagos. In 2007, he attended a Delisys organised T24 Technical Training Program at Krep (Pioneer MFB in Africa) in Nairobi Kenya.
Pius speaks fluent English and Yoruba.
- Sitao Zhang

Zhang Sitao is expert in Information Technology and has good understanding in Microfinance. He joined MicroCred in May 2008 as a project manager of MicroCred Nanchong T24 Implementation Project. He was promoted Business Analyst in February 2011.
From 2008, Sitao worked for World Bank Institute in Microfinance distance learning course as an online tutor and IT consultant for 2 years. He also assisted China Association of Microfinance with the Management Information System.
Sitao holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics of China Agricultural University. In 2008, he participated the Microfinance Training of Trainer Distance Learning Course in World Bank Institute and became a certified trainer.
Sitao speaks Chinese as mother tongue and be able to use English as working language.

Edwin Cadapat is an expert in micro credit management (individual). He joined MicroCred Nigeria on May 11, 2011 as Consultant. Edwin gained 10 years work experience in the microfinance sector. He holds, among others, a position as Branch Manager & Business Development Officer with Micro Enterprise Bank Philippines, as Credit Consultant & Branch Manager with ProCredit Bank in Albania and recently as Region Head for Small Business Lending with Enterprise Bank, Inc. in Davao City, Philippines. Edwin holds a bachelors degree in Accountancy from the Universtiy of Mindanao, a private university in Davao City, Philippines. In 2008 & 2009, he attended Middle Management Training & Financial Analysis at ProCredit Regional Academy Eastern Europe in Veles, Macedonia. Edwin speaks fluent in English, Albanian and a native tounge in Tagalog. Also has basic language skills in Spanish and German.

Roberto Randrianarison is specialized in microcredit management (individual and united group). He works in microfinance sector until almost 4 years. One year and a half as director in institution giving loan for united group. More than two years as branch manager for Microcred Madagascar.
Roberto has followed several academic formations. He holds a diploma of agronomic engineer from the university of Antananarivo (Madagascar), a diploma in management from the national center for distance teaching (Madagascar) and a diploma in law for the same center. Actually, he also followed the ITB program delivered by the CFPB (France), he is in the second and last year.
Roberto speaks Malagasy and French fluently. He has good notions in English.

Emmanuel Dorestan joined MicroCred in May 2008 in order to bring its expertise to the Operation Department of MC Sénégal. He joined the team as Commercial Manager in June and is in charge of managing the branches among others.
Prior to working with MicroCred, Emmanuel spent five years as a branch manager in a microfinance institution in Haiti. Previously, he worked as a consultant for an international organization as an agro-economist and as a private sector development officer where he developed a rural microfinance program.
Emmanuel has a degree in agro-economy with a specialization in economic and rural development from the Haitian University of Agronomy. He also holds a diploma in French accounting from the Accounting and Management Institute (ICG, Haiti).

Doris joined MicroCred in May 2011. She is specialized in corporate finance and works within the financial department as cost controller and internal controller.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Doris worked in well known financial firms in Paris as a junior auditor first and second as a financial analyst. Doris holds two masters. She is graduated from the Edhec Business School and she holds a French national diploma mentioned DSCG which is the French equivalent of the American diploma CPA. Doris speaks fluent French, English, Creole, works easily in Spanish.

Pierre-Marie joined MicroCred Madagascar in July 2010 as a technical assistant to operations. Prior to that, Pierre-Marie spent over two years in international business development and project management in France, Republic of South Africa, Mozambique and the U.K.
Pierre-Marie graduated from EM Lyon Business School with a specialization in International development and spent a semester in India at the Indian Institute of Management of Indore. He also conducted a thesis on the implications of the commercialization of microfinance.Pierre-Marie is fluent in French, English and has a good command of Spanish.

Sarah coordinates Technical Assistance programs within MicroCred affiliates and is in charge of implementing the Social & Environmental Management System (SEMS) within the Group.
She participated to the creation of MicroCred S.A. in 2005, before to became Investment Analyst, and Development Manager in 2006. She realized various feasibility studies and Business Plan for the creation of new and potential microfinance institutions (Madagascar, China, Morocco, Vietnam, etc) and participated to several Due Diligence for MicroCred affiliates.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Sarah Puzzuoli worked in IPM (Instituto de Politicas para la Micro-empresa) ,a Bolivian microfinance company. She was involved in the creation and management of a microfinance program working in peri-urban areas of Bolivia, specialized in group lending methodology. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in financial management from EICD 3A, Lyon (International Business School).

Mr. Lacombe joined MicroCred in February 2007 as an Operations consultant in Mexico, where he was responsible for the risk management unit (follow-up of the arrears situation, definition of the collection policy). He joined MicroCred Nanchong in December 2007 as an Operations Consultant supporting the COO on various operational aspects, before joining MicroCred Holding in June 2008 as a Development Manager.
Previously, Mr. Lacombe worked for the private sector including two years as a Product Manager for L’Oreal. Prior to joining MicroCred, he was a Project Manager for the consultancy firm Altai Consulting for two years in Afghanistan. He also lived and worked in Nepal, Indonesia and Sweden.

Expert in Human Resources Management, Maria Faouzi joined MicroCred in October 2006 to assist MicroCred’s Chief Financial Officer in developing a Human Resources department. She is now at the head of the department that she set up.
Prior to joining MicroCred, Maria worked for Club Méditerranée as assistant to the Human Resources Manager in Morocco before becoming training assistant for Club Méditerranée’s University of talents in Paris.
Maria holds a Professional Master Degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Social Management in Paris.
She speaks fluent French, Arabic and English.

Marion Ivars has joined MicroCred in September 2008 as Communication Officer.
Marion is a graduate of the university of La Rochelle and Wuhan (China) for a bachelor degree in management of companies.
Marion holds a Master degree of international businesses with Chinese specialisation. She is specialised in economic relationship between China and France. Marion speaks fluently French and English and she has good working knowledge of Chinese.

Anta has worked for two years at PlaNet Finance as an accountant of subsidiaries as part of its preparation DSCG (diploma of higher management and accounting ). Prior to her apprenticeship, she worked in an accouting firm for two months as an assistant accountant in the Val d’Oise.
Anta is a graduate of DCG ( degree in accounting and management ) in 2008 but also of BTS in 2005
Anta speaks fluent French and has knowledges in English, Arabic and Spanish.

Marie is expert in Social Performance Management. Before joining MicroCred she worked as a Research Assistant in the Microfinance department of a Franch NGO. She conducted social performance and client satisfaction assessments, coordinated a market survey and capitalized the experience of an innovative partnership.
Marie holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Action and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Sorbonne university (Paris 1), for which she wrote a thesis about the part played by social performance in the microfinance sector. In 2009 she participated in the Boulder Microfinance Training in Turin (Italy).
Marie speaks fluent French and English and has working skills in Spanish.

Karin Olson has joined MicroCred in February 2011 as Executive Assistant.
She juggled with two functions in a banking group (KBL), French subsidiary of an international group : Executive Assistant to both the Chairman and the Managing Director and Human Resources (1992 à 2000). Karin started her career as a Commercial Engineer in a French data processing group (CONCEPT) . One of her key achievements was to set up from scratch and implement an internal training school for sales engineers (1986 à 1991).
Karin is EPSCI master graduated, EPSCI being the international program of the ESSEC group (1986). Karin has a bachelor in science (1981).

Jean-Baptiste has a master's degree in finance at Sup de Co Reims (Reims Management School).
He joined MicroCred in April 2011 to realize an internship for a period of six months within the Finance Department of MicroCred Holding. He was promoted in November 2011 as Operations & Finance Junior Expert of MicroCred Sénégal.He also did a six months internship at the financial and administrative head office of Veolia Transport. As far as microfinance is concerned, Jean-Baptiste wrote his thesis on IMF’s evaluation methods and did a four months internship in a Mexican MFI.
Jean-Baptiste is also a graduate of the Universidad de las Américas – Puebla in Mexico in international business. He volunteered for humanitarian works several times in Senegal and speaks French, English and Spanish fluently.

Rémy Sourdois joined MicroCred Group in November 2011 as Senior Expert Operations in charge of the creation of MicroCred Mali.
Rémy has acquired an experience of 21years in the banking and microfinance sector. He has first held a position of project officer within an international banking Group. His banking skills have enabled him to evolve towards microfinance sector and the management of a village banking program in institutionalization phase.
In 2000 he was appointed as a Technical Assistant for the « Plan d’Actions pour le Financement du Monde Rural (PA/FMR) » in Burkina Faso before leading the unit from 2002. Then from 2006 to 2008 he has held the position of TA for the « Plan d’Actions de la Stratégie Nationale de Microfinance » at the Department of “Trésor et de la Comptabilité Publique”.
Since 2008 he has been a consultant; he mainly intervenes in West Africa.
Rémy Sourdois holds a degree from « Institut Technique de Banque » and a degree in economy and finance from the University of Montpellier.
