Investment procedures
- The Management Board proposes investment projects to the Investment Committee through an Investment Memorandum
- The Investment Committee approves the project and subsequently monitors the project during its development phases.
- The Supervisory Board oversees the investments made.
Investment Process :
Regular monitoring
Financial monitoring and control is provided on a quaterly basis to the Investment Committee and Supervisory Board.
